Ledpol International is subsidiary of M.L.S group.
We have largest automatic LED production base in Asia.
Our manufacturing base has introduced 70 sets of advance ASM full-automatic LED Die Bonders and 56 sets ASM (Automatic Wire Bonder) from the U.S, 136 sets of spectrometric machines and 12 automatic sealing lines from Taiwan.
This enables us to produce 200kk top quality LED components every month. We also use
* Induced ESD testers,
* DSD testers,
* LED angel & spectrum analyzers,
* LED plating-layer bracket testers,
* High temperature storage tester and high& low temperature storage testing and thermal shock testers,
All of these ensure excellent quality of our LED components.
Our workshops are equipped with both leaded/Lead -free Wave soldering ovens, reflow ovens, automatic surface mounting machines and other top level machines. Combined with our advance management ideas and the most developed technology, we are able to provide the best products and services for our global customers.
